Governor David Paterson had a homecoming yesterday when he visited the community of Hempstead.He offered words of encouragement to students at his alma mater Hempstead High School. Check out the beaming faces of the students.
At a separate venue, Paterson was celebrated by 800 residents at the Antioch Baptist Church. He asked the area's political leaders to put aside their differences and to work for the uplift of the Hempstead community.
